The new released Final Cut Pro x is controversial, though this major upgrade introduces 64-bit support, but some key feature of Final Cut Pro 7/8 can’t be found in it. Except faster in 64-bit system, I personal think FCPX is actually a downgrade of FCP8.
Founder of RHED Pixel Richar Harrington claimed, Apple has actually completed the development of 64-bit Final Cut Pro 8, but concluded that the 64-bit version of the FCP8 is just an evolutionary, rather than a revolutionary, so Apple has finally release the “revolutionary” Final Cut Pro x.
